This project is located in Dongcheng District, Beijing, next to the Temple of Heaven, with a building area of approximately 80 square meters. The original layout consisted of two bedrooms and one living room. Although the living room was spacious, it was underutilized and lacked sufficient light, while the closed-off master bedroom occupied the best-lit south-facing large window.
The owner is Generation Z, a postgraduate student, a star stylist, and an artist. As a professional in the arts and fashion industry, she likes various bright and vibrant colors, especially purple, pink, and yellow, and hopes to create a stylish, avant-garde, and artistic residence suitable for young people.
