业主是一位独居女生，有下厨烘焙、朋友聚会和居家办公的需求，希望合理利用空间的同时，有一些艺术和个性化的表达。
我们在重新归纳梳理了功能需求之后，将需要隔断的卫生间、家政杂物间置于房屋的西侧，其余空间完全敞开，以引入东侧落地窗户的自然采光。中庭的挑空进一步联通了两层的自然光照，即使面积和层高有限也不会显得逼仄。一层主要作为日常活动和客人聚会的动区，二层作为业主休闲睡眠的静区。
This project is situated in Chaoyang District of Beijing, and features a small loft apartment, boasting 4.9 meters of floor height. The first floor has a 28 square meters usable area, while the second floor has 35 square meters. The upper and lower floors each have one east-facing floor-to-ceiling window. Due to the house's long and narrow design and single-sided lighting, natural light is scarce.
The owner, a young woman who enjoys cooking, baking, and inviting friends over, desires a functional yet aesthetically pleasing space to both work and live in. Our goal is to create a space that not only meets her needs but also showcases her unique personality and style.
